OVERLOOK PAVILION
Maritime wedding reception, lavish gala, yacht club rendezvous, or business luncheon, let our facilities make it special and memorable at Port Annapolis, the jewel of the Chesapeake’s marinas, offers a spacious and elegant pavilion of 2700 square feet with a picturesque panoramic waterfront view.
Available April through October, the pavilion can be enclosed for climate control in the cool season, or open to cooling breezes all summer long. It will comfortably accommodate table seating for 200 guests, and is handicapped accessible. Our event space is equipped with electric outlets, rope lighting on the overhang, two ceiling fans with lighting fixtures, dimmable café lights and eight additional lights; two in each corner. Set against breathtaking views, the adjoining gazebo is perfect for photos or relaxing moments by the water.

BEST PLACE FOR OUR DAY!
“I cannot speak highly enough of this venue. It is gorgeous, outdoors, has a breeze off the water, and has twinkle lights under the pavilion to add some spark. The executive assistant, Stephanie and Liz were always incredibly helpful and friendly. They were so nice to work with throughout the planning process. Something else I really liked was that they sent a PowerPoint to help you set up the layout for the day of. This eased my stress, as it gave me an idea of what it would look like and what would go where. In addition, it ensured I had everything I needed. In terms of the set up, this venue had workers who set up the tables and made sure everything was set up. My day of coordinator said they were a great help and that Scott was there to ask any questions to throughout the day. I am so grateful that I found this venue and was able to put my vision into reality. It was perfect.”

SUPER FLEXIBLE SPACE FOR A GREAT PRICE!
When most Maryland couples think about Annapolis weddings, they picture something super nautical - which is exactly what Port Annapolis Marina is. However, for brides like me (who didn’t want to skew so nautical) the venue had a ton of flexibility for us to personalize the look and feel of the ceremony and reception. We opted not to use some of the on-site rentals because we wanted to evoke more of a woodsy feel for the fall versus overtly nautical, but the fact that they were available and included in our contract was awesome and such a great value. Not to mention our rental cost included full access to a bridal suite (where the groomsmen ended up getting ready) and a 12-hour rental window (with the option to add an additional 2 hours for a reasonable price). There’s also a Homeaway rental on the property (The Captain’s Cottage) that was not part of our rental agreement with Port Annapolis, but we booked it for the night before and night of the wedding, and that’s where my bridesmaids and I got ready. Because there was not a wedding the day before or after our wedding, we had the flexibility to set up the day before and breakdown the day after. Overall it was absolutely wonderful to have everything so close together, and to have such a blank canvas to bring our wedding vision to life on!

WONDERFUL STAFF
“Port Annapolis was wonderful to work with for our event.
We had a staff party at the Pavilion, and although it was quite hot outside, the cover of the pavilion and the breeze off of the water provided a coolness to the air. The scenery was amazing and the service from Stephanie and crew was above and beyond our expectations! I highly recommend this venue as it offers a gorgeous view, nice coverage if it rains, great atmosphere and wonderful service!”
